Payment policy:

• Guests can pay directly at the hotel using the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Cash

Children's Policy:

• Children policy: 0 – 11 years old The first child is free.
• Second child: Charged EUR 50€/ 12 years old Full adult price.

Pets' policy:

• Pets are not allowed.

Check-in/out Policy:

• Check-in and check-out times Check-in is from 15:00 to 00:00 Check-out is from 12:00 to 13:00

Cancellation policy:  

• Flexible - 3 days
• The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel three days before arrival.
• The guest will be charged a prepayment for the cost of the first night after the reservation.
•  Flexible - 21 days (from 23/12/23 to 31/12/23)
• The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel 21 days before arrival (from 23/12/23 to 31/12/23).
• The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night 21 days before arrival.
