Welcome to Pickalbatros Hotels & Resorts, where we are deeply committed to ensuring a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay for all our guests. We strive for excellence in hospitality and uphold the highest standards in all our offerings. Our policies are designed to provide a comprehensive set of guidelines to ensure a consistent, welcoming, and respectful environment for all our guests and staff.

 

Payment Policy:

  • Our rate is valid for all markets

  • A Valid Credit Card must be provided for pre-authorization "We will pre-authorize one night from your credit card according to the cancellation policy of your booking".

  • Rates Include 14% VAT, 12% Service Charge, and 1% City Tax

  • Please note that by Egyptian law, all foreign guests must pay in a foreign currency, not Egyptian currency.

  • Egyptian citizens are required to pay in the local currency according to the exchange rate at the time of payment.

  • Egyptians and Residents Only one room is exclusive to Egyptians and residents. Additional charges are applicable if a valid Egyptian ID, Egyptian passport, or Egyptian residency is not presented upon check-in.

 

Children Policy:

  • Pickalbatros Royal grand Resort in sharm el sheikh is designed exclusively for adults only and does not permit children. Thank you for understanding.

Pets Policy:

  • No pets are allowed in our hotels and resorts.

Honeymoon Package:

  • Kindly note that guests who reserved the Honeymoon Offer room will be requested to show a marriage certificate upon arrival within a maximum of three months from the date of issue.

Check-In/Check-Out Policy:

  • Standard Check-In: 14.00

  • Standard Check-Out: 12.00

Cancellation and Modification Policy:

  • No charge will be levied on cancellations made more than 4 days (at the latest) by 12:00 PM before the Check-In Date

  • Cancellations made between 0 day(s) and 3 day(s) will be charged 100% of the total amount of room reserved for 1 night only

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the total amount of room reserved for one night only.
